Understanding Low Self-Esteem

Low self-esteem often manifests as a critical inner voice, telling us we're not good enough, capable, or worthy of love and happiness. It may lead to avoidance of challenges, difficulty in relationships, and a reluctance to pursue one's desires. Together, we explore the spiritual aspects of self-esteem, seeking to uncover a sense of purpose and belonging that transcends external validation. We develop practical strategies for self-care and self-compassion, fostering a positive self-image and confidence in your abilities.
