In my role as a Psychosynthesis Psychotherapist, I often work with people facing the challenge of reconciling conflicting thoughts and behaviours.  Internal conflicts can lead to feelings of fragmentation, unease, and indecision, affecting one's ability to live a coherent and fulfilling life. My aim is to guide you towards a state of inner unity, where these disparate parts can be understood, embraced, and harmonised.

Internal conflicts are a natural part of the human experience, reflecting the complexity of our needs, desires, and values. However, when these conflicts remain unresolved, they can hinder our growth and well-being. My Personal Approach

Employing techniques such as guided imagery, mindfulness, and reflective writing, we aim to foster a dialogue between conflicting parts, facilitating understanding and integration. This process not only aids in resolving internal discord but also enhances self-awareness and self-compassion.

Exploring the spiritual dimensions of your conflicts can also provide deeper insights into your true aspirations and values, guiding you towards a more authentic and unified sense of self. Practical strategies for managing daily life, including exercises for emotional regulation and mindfulness, support you in navigating the world with greater clarity and confidence.
