We all learn and process differently.  To help you do this I act as your guide, as you find the right treatment approach to suit your needs.

From a basis of talk therapy you may explore mindfulness, meditation, somatic (body) awareness or art techniques - each allowing you to connect easier and more authentically with yourself and others.

We take everything step by step, so you have the space to explore both yourself and your relationships in a way that feels right to you.
